Another good day

So I went to a spa for the first time today..
It was really really great!
I thought there wouldn't be anyone because the place looked small judging by their website but I was wrong, ha.
So I tried the Nordic spa...I don't know where I found the guts to do it because I've never frozen that much in my life and it only lasted ~15 seconds...I swear the water felt like minus 20 degrees.
I'd go back anytime though. With a massage treatment next time..:}
